Refund policy

At ShilpShop Studio, each piece is handcrafted with love, care, and attention to detail. Because many of our creations are personalized specifically for you, we have clear guidelines regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our craftsmanship, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Custom Knitted Name Hangers (personalized with specific names, colors, or photo clips)

  • Customized Ukulele Hangers (crafted to custom specifications/colors)

  • Rakhi Collections (seasonal items)

Note: Please double-check all custom name spellings and color preferences before completing your order, as custom orders enter production shortly after placement.

2. Cancellations

  • Standard / Ready-Made Orders: Can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once crafting has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Replacements)

Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit or with a defect:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: Please film a clear, continuous unboxing video from start to finish showing the unopened package and the defect/damage.

  2. Contact Us: Email us at hello@shilpshop.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 81682-13964within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your Order ID and the unboxing video.

  3. Resolution: Once verified, we will craft and ship a free replacement to you at no extra cost.

If a replacement cannot be provided due to material availability, a store credit or full refund will be issued.

4. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or free reshipments for packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or uncollected deliveries.
