Shipping Policy

At ShilpShop Studio, every piece is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Because most of our products—including our customised name hangers and decor- are made-to-order, we ask for a little time to craft your item before it ships.

1. Order Processing & Crafting Time

  • Handcrafted / Made-to-Order Items: Processing and crafting take 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines (India)

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times based on location are as follows:

Region Estimated Delivery Time
Metros & Major Cities 3 – 5 business days
Rest of India 5 – 7 business days

Total time from order placement to doorstep delivery is usually 6 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order volume (or enjoy FREE shipping across India on orders over ₹1200).

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated SMS and Email confirmation containing your tracking link and courier details.

  • You can monitor the real-time status of your parcel directly via the provided link.

5. Damaged or Incomplete Packages

We take extreme care in packaging your handmade items securely. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit:

  • Please record a short unboxing video as soon as you receive the package.

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at hello@shilpshopstudio.com or WhatsApp at +91 81682-13964 with your order ID and the unboxing video so we can process a prompt replacement.
